Like all the software, applications or internet platforms, eCommerce never stop improving and evolving. It would be hard to go after all the changes they have made and may require some help online.

Buyers and Suppliers can jump to the Help Channel provided by Alibaba (HKSE1688) in case they have issues in using the Hangzhou-based company’s services and products. The newly-polished channel is officially launched today to engage users in the Community Channel and to link up with the company’s user guide.

Any extra help, 24/7 guidance provided to customers could go a long way towards turning them from spectators into active users.
