Alibaba.com (HKSE 1688) ‘s latest initiative to speed up inquiry workflow by optimizing the inquiry process is expected to effectively enhance the long-term value and user experience quality of the B2B trading platform. Buyers can send multiple inquiries to suppliers after they sent an inquiry to a chosen supplier.

Aliuser sent an inquiry asking for specific details of a DVD camera, at the end of the inquiry work process, the page displays related products to Aliuser so that similar product inquiries can be sent to different suppliers at the same time.

The challenge however comes from the difficulties of creating a list of related products by the etrade platform. Aliuser found many of the product displayed did not meet up with expectation. The rule of relevancy is unfortunately low. Aliuser could hardly find any products close enough to what I were looking for. It would be nice if we could see improvement in this respect.
