TradeManager offers a shortcut to report trade fraud activities
File concerns and problems with individual users – either buyers or suppliers would be easier than before if you are using Alibaba IM – TradeManager.

Alibaba product development team is now offering a new feature to - TradeManager users who can report fraud cases, scam emails or any kind of suspicious activities to the China-based Internet company.
The new feature can be accessible on the - TradeManager’s left corner. Users can click on the ”Report Suspicious Activity” link to report intellectual property rights infringement, trade dispute and other issues.
